GENERAL MEMBERSHIP LUNCHEONS

The San Antonio Association of Building Engineers General Membership Luncheons are held on the third Thursday of each month.  Please check our HOME page for details on the next luncheon, including date, location and presentation.  There is also a form to submit your RSVP.

LUNCHEON POLICY & PROCEDURES:

• RSVPs are due no later than NOON the Wednesday the week before the luncheon, no exceptions.
  
• We do not accommodate walk-ins. If you do not RSVP by the deadline, you will be allowed to watch the presentation, but may not be served a meal.
  
• Regular (Engineer) members' luncheons are included in the cost of membership.  Regular members are allowed ONE no-show per year.  After one courtesy no-show, you will be charged $35 for all further meetings where you RSVP and do not attend.
  
• Associate (Vendor) members' cost is $35 per luncheon.  We accept cash, check or credit card at the door of the event or via phone prior to the date of the event.  All Associate no-shows will be invoiced for the cost of the lunch.
  
• Guests and Non-members' cost is $45 to attend.  Non-members are permitted to attend 3 luncheons until they will be required to obtain membership in order to further participate.
  
• In order to avoid no-show charges, you may cancel your reservation no later than 3:00 pm the Friday before the luncheon.  We are required to provide a headcount to the venue on this date.  Any cancellations received after that time will be billed as a standard no-show.
