WELCOME TO THE SAN ANTONIO ASSOCIATION OF BUILDING ENGINEERS

The San Antonio Association of Building Engineers & BOMA San Antonio will be hosting the annual Vendor Expo Trade Show on Thursday, May 29, 2025 from 10am to 2pm.

This is a great opportunity for vendors to showcase their products and services in front of members! We will also be hosted by St. Philips College, where we will have upcoming graduates attending that will be looking to land in the job market and industry soon!

Free headshots will be provided, along with lunch and door prizes!

Cost to Building Engineers and Property Managers: FREE (membership is not required)

Cost to Vendors: Vendors MUST register for a booth, membership to either SAABE or BOMA is required. Cost is $300 and includes attendance and lunch for two people. Additional attendees with a vendor company will be $50.00 per person.

Booth Details:
- Vendors MUST be a SAABE or BOMA member to participate
- Vendors will be provided a 8x10 area, which includes one 6ft table and two chairs
- Vendors are responsible for setup and breakdown of their area
- Giveaways are permitted
- Vendors can arrive as early as 8am to setup
- Vendor location at event will be assigned
- Tents and canopies WILL NOT be permitted due to fire code

Welcome to the website for the San Antonio Association of Building Engineers. We are a San Antonio networking association that promotes Building Engineers, Maintenance Technicians and our local vendors and suppliers building beneficial relationships. Our primary focus is to provide education to our membership to keep techniques, technology and experience up to date and allow education to help further careers. We host a monthly membership luncheon and training, First Thursday training for engineers and other training and building tours throughout the year. We encourage you to view our site, reach out with any questions and join our great organization.
